You’ll follow a clear set of instructions and submit tailored proposals for jobs that match my skills and experience. This is a long-term, low-hour commitment, but consistency, strategic thinking, and strong writing skills are essential. For every job contract gained, you'll get a $50 bonus. What You’ll Be Doing: -Reviewing job postings daily and identifying high-quality opportunities that align with my services and experience. -Writing and customizing proposals using existing templates, while making each pitch feel personal, thoughtful, and unique to the job. -Using a smart bidding strategy to maximize connects and focus only on worthwhile opportunities. Requirements: -Excellent written English and ability to craft personable, polished job pitches. -Proven ability to tailor each proposal to the job’s specific details, then link it back to relevant past experience. -Experience using Upwork and understanding of how the platform works. -Knowledge of how to assess which jobs are worth bidding on (based on client history, budget, and scope). -Dependable, consistent communication and ability to follow a clear, repeatable process.
