Description: We’re looking for a UK-based, high-level video editor to help craft a 45-minute documentary-style video that captures a powerful 6-month transformation. This project follows Tanim, a Muslim entrepreneur and business mentor who helped three Muslim-led businesses triple their revenue in just 6 months. We’ve captured over 18 hours of footage, and now we need a creative editor who can bring this story to life. The Project: - Final deliverable: One 45-minute cinematic video. - Theme: A 6-month business transformation journey. - Style: Documentary / Story-led / Minimalist but high impact. - Audience: Muslim entrepreneurs, business enthusiasts, and online communities. What We Need From You: - Review and organise ~18 hours of footage - Create a written breakdown/structure of how the final video could flow (storyboard/script/video structure). - Suggest any missing footage or interview content that we may need to film to complete the narrative. - Edit the full 45-minute video into a clean, engaging, story-driven piece. - Add any halal background sounds, colour correction, clean audio, and light graphics where needed. Ideal Candidate: - Based in the UK. - Has experience editing documentary-style videos. - Strong sense of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional storytelling. - Comfortable sifting through large volumes of footage and extracting golden moments. - Able to work independently and communicate clearly with our creative team. - Able to have weekly touchpoints via video call. - Familiarity with content aimed at Muslim audiences is a plus, but not required.
