Full-Stack Developer (Supabase & Retool) - Collaborative Build (~10 hours/week)
We’re building a flexible, data-centric platform using Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Retool for internal use—focusing on data centralization, workflow automation, and AI integration. Right now, it’s a personal project aimed at improving operations and exploring how far we can push data tools in building scalable solutions. We’re looking for someone who wants to work collaboratively, experiment with new tools, and help shape the technical foundation while also being open to sharing knowledge and walking us through how things work. The Role: We’re seeking a Full-Stack Developer who can help us build out this project while also being open to mentoring and explaining their development process. You’ll work primarily with Supabase and Retool but will have the freedom to suggest improvements and better approaches. Responsibilities: Set up and maintain Supabase (PostgreSQL) databases. Build out front-end interfaces using Retool, focusing on dashboards and data-driven UIs. Implement APIs and third-party integrations as needed. Use SQL for queries, views, triggers, and complex data structures. Collaborate directly with us, explaining your process and helping us learn alongside you. Ensure data security and optimize for performance. Implement AI-driven features in the future (e.g., AI agents, chatbots). Requirements: Strong experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, and Retool. Ability to write clean, efficient SQL queries. Proficiency in front-end development (React/JavaScript experience is a plus). API integration experience. Strong communication skills—willingness to explain your work is a must. Comfortable working in a flexible, evolving project environment. Bonus Points: Experience with AI/ML integrations or chatbots. Knowledge of data visualization and analytics. Background working on SaaS or data platforms.
