Title: Medical Billing or Home Care Pricing Consultant – Flat Rate Project ($350–$500) Description: I am launching a non-medical home care agency in Arizona and need a knowledgeable healthcare billing or pricing consultant to help me develop a comprehensive rate sheet for services such as personal care, companionship, homemaking, and respite care. I’m looking for someone with experience working with home care agencies, Medicare/Medicaid, or private duty billing, who can advise on industry-standard pricing while helping me remain competitive and compliant in the Arizona market. Key Deliverables: Service pricing structure (hourly and package rates) Private pay vs. insurance/VA/ALTCS pricing Suggested rate tiers for CNA, RN visits, and live-in care Guidance on minimum hours, overtime, weekend differentials, etc. One finalized client-facing PDF rate sheet Internal billing reference sheet for scheduling and invoicing systems (e.g., Gusto/CareSmartz/Alora) Ideal Candidate: Experience in home health or non-medical home care billing Familiarity with Arizona Medicaid/ALTCS, VA, and private pay systems Strong knowledge of rate setting, payer compliance, and home care industry standards Able to communicate clearly and deliver a polished, usable rate sheet Budget: Fixed price: $375–$500 Timeline: 2–4weeks from project start Notes: Priority will be given to consultants who have experience with Arizona-based agencies Bonus if you're familiar with CareSmartz billing systems
