Complex Annual Recurring Waterfall Financial Model & P&L
To hire a consultant to update a comprehensive annual waterfall financial model for TurboVets, including building a trusting relationship and for future modeling and planning for the company, such as one day working alongside the CFO as an advisor/consultant, etc. We have a previous draft of the annual waterfall financial model but want to make updates to it to include new revenue streams we are targeting. Model Details - 3-5 different monthly subscriptions, with the ability to change the price per subscription - 3-5 different markets (with the total number of customers possible), ability to change % of penetration - % of monthly or quarterly growth per market (TAM), and the ability to change this growth. - Two sets of LOW and HIGH are used for each product line's worst-case and best-case monthly projections. - churn per month or year, with high and lows. - Build out for five years (annually, with quarterly breakdown). - Full P&L Cost centers, coupled with the above waterfall modeling, show annual profits with growth in staffing costs and other expenses. We have a sample of this model but we would want it built out to be more enterprise and professional with an attached P&L as well. All cells in YELLOW are variable edits that the user can change.
