We're looking for a Microsoft Expert Consultant to come in and evaluate our company processes and make recommendations for how we can better leverage Microsoft tools for automation, communication, and collaboration. Attached is a tentative project plan for the scope of work. Assuming the project goes well, we're interested in an as needed consulting bucket of hours type service going forward for additional Microsoft automation projects.
