Right now, we’re looking for a motivated, confident, and reliable outbound rep who wants to grow with us, not just work for us. This isn’t a short-term hustle. What You’ll Be Doing: Calling cold & warm leads (mostly U.S.-based) that we provide Using proven scripts (with flexibility to make it sound natural) Booking qualified appointments directly into client calendars Logging call outcomes in a simple Google Sheet or CRM Checking in daily with updates and progress Pay Structure We offer multiple pay options based on experience and commitment level: Base retainer (weekly or bi-weekly) + commission per appointment OR performance-based pay only if you prefer high earning potential upfront OR hourly option (available to proven reps after the trial period) Commission Range: $35–$60 per qualified appointment (based on experience and performance) Bonuses for consistency and quality over time A qualified appointment = Someone who matches the client’s criteria and is scheduled for a sales call.
