We are seeking an experienced FreePBX administrator to assist with advanced configuration and ongoing user management for our organization’s phone system. This project involves custom call routing, user account management, seasonal schedule automation, and documentation for our internal team. Key Responsibilities 1. Emergency Call Flow Setup * Configure a dedicated emergency line with sequential call forwarding to multiple external numbers. * Set up voicemail handling with email notifications to specific recipients. * Ensure seamless caller experience and proper caller ID display. * Apply a custom voicemail greeting (provided). 2. User Management * Clean up old user accounts and extensions. * Assign new extensions to current employees (list to be provided). * Set up or document call forwarding to cell phones for designated users. * Provide summary documentation of extensions and forwarding status. * Deliver clear instructions for ongoing user and forwarding management. 3. Summer Hours Automation * Implement time-based routing for modified summer office hours (Fridays, specific dates). * Play a custom recording and route calls to a designated ring group after hours. * Ensure sequential ringing and proper voicemail fallback for unanswered calls. * Document the summer hours setup for future adjustments. Requirements * Proven experience with FreePBX administration (current version: 16.0.40.11 or similar). * Strong understanding of call flows, ring groups, time conditions, and voicemail configuration. * Ability to provide clear, user-friendly documentation and instructions. * Professional communication and timely project delivery.
