Airtable + Make.com Expert for Workflow Automations & AI Task Assistant Setup

I’ve already built out Airtable bases, forms, and templates and I’m looking for help creating smart Make.com or Zapier automations to streamline my workflow — starting with onboarding tasks, log notifications, and auto-generated emails. This is not for a company or team — it’s a personal productivity system I’m building to improve how I manage daily operations. I’ve put in the prep work, so I need someone who can help me connect the pieces and bring the system to life. In addition to automations, I’m also exploring the setup of a lightweight AI assistant (OpenAI/GPT-based) to help manage tasks, generate email drafts, and respond to form inputs automatically. We’ll start with a few high-impact automations I can use right away, then expand into additional tasks and integrations in later phases. This is not a complex build from scratch—everything is already structured. I just need the right person to plug in the logic and bring it to life. Clear communication and a collaborative, no-fluff approach are essential.
