Seeking licensed Structural Engineer for shipping container home
Seeking a licensed California Structural Engineer to design and stamp detailed Structural Plans and calculations for a 960 sf shipping container home. Should be familiar with San Bernardino County rules, regulations, compliance and available to respond to local Building and Safety personnel if and when needed. Structural plans (both in CAD and PDF format) should include: • Framing Systems • Foundations • Seismic Design • Wind Design • Vibration Analysis and Control Have Arch, Grading, Septic, Site, Survey, Topo plans. Will be working directly with owner/builder and must be willing to share CAD files with other professionals working on the project. Starts immediately, fee negotiable dependant upon freelancers verified experience and structural engineering work samples. Thank you.
