We’re looking for a talented and reliable YouTube thumbnail designer to create eye-catching, high-converting thumbnails that stand out and get clicks. This is for an ongoing role, with regular work each month across multiple channels in niches like cars, digital marketing, personal development, and storytelling. You’ll be working with a creative team that values clean, high-quality design that doesn't feel clickbaity but still performs well. You should have: A strong understanding of YouTube click psychology A portfolio showing thumbnails that perform well (not just look good) Ability to work quickly with fast turnaround times (24–48hrs) Good English communication and a collaborative approach Experience designing in Photoshop or similar tools Bonus: You understand how to adapt thumbnails for different niches This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.
