B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setter for Healthcare Uniforms Company (UK-Focused)

UK Scrub Supply (UKSS), a leading supplier of medical uniforms and workwear, is looking for a UK-based outbound telesales freelancer to support our sales efforts. Your role will be to contact healthcare organisations across the UK – including care homes, clinics, dental practices, and private medical providers – and book qualified appointments for our internal sales team. This is a remote, flexible freelance position ideal for someone confident on the phone, self-motivated, and experienced in B2B appointment setting. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to a provided list of healthcare prospects Introduce UKSS and secure appointments for follow-up sales calls Follow up on leads generated through email campaigns and events Record call outcomes and feedback via our CRM (HubSpot or similar) Collaborate with our internal team to refine messaging and targeting What We’re Looking For: Based in the UK Proven experience in outbound telesales or B2B appointment setting Confident communicator with a professional phone manner Self-starter who can hit the ground running Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.) Bonus if you have: Experience in the healthcare, medical, or uniform supply sectors Project Details: Freelance / Contract 10–20 hours per week to start Initial 4-week trial with potential to extend Hourly rate – please include your expectations
