Freelance Klayvio CRM Specialist
LOCATION: Catalyst Creative, Farringdon CONTRACT TYPE: Freelance START DATE: ASAP COMMITMENT: Part-time, flexible working (estimated x2 - 3x days per week) ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a skilled and proactive Freelance CRM Specialist to manage the end-to-end delivery of email campaigns for Catalyst’s client - Affinity Water - from build and QA through to deployment and performance reporting. You'll be working with Klaviyo for campaign execution and Litmus for testing, ensuring all emails are visually sound, technically correct, and strategically optimised. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Setup & Execution. Build, test, and deploy high-quality emails within Klaviyo. Segment audiences and set up automated and manual flows Manage scheduling and suppression logic to ensure targeted delivery. QA & TESTING Use Litmus to test across devices, email clients and formats Ensure full rendering, responsiveness, and accessibility compliance. Perform thorough link and content checks pre-send. DATA & REPORTING Track campaign performance against key KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions). Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future sends. Provide regular performance reporting for internal and client stakeholders. WORKFLOW & COLLABORATION Work alongside the Catalyst Account Managers and Creative teams to ensure campaign timelines are met. Support data compliance and GDPR best practice. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any delivery or rendering issues. REQUIREMENTS • Proven experience managing CRM/email campaigns end-to-end • Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo • Comfortable using Litmus or similar testing platforms • A meticulous eye for detail and a structured approach to QA • Strong understanding of email best practices, HTML/CSS (for email), and segmentation logic • Confident with performance analytics and interpreting campaign data • Excellent communication and time management skills
