This role involves managing our shop page, recruiting and managing affiliates, running promotions, and collaborating on creator-led marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize our TikTok Shop (product listings, visuals, pricing). - Recruit and support TikTok creators through the affiliate program. - Coordinate and track TikTok Shop campaigns and flash sales. - Collaborate on TikTok content strategy and influencer outreach. - Continuously optimize the shop page layout and performance. Ideal Candidate: - Strong experience managing TikTok Shops. - Understands TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and affiliate tools. - Is comfortable working with creators and tracking performance metrics. - Bonus: Experience in wellness or CPG brands.
