Google Docs Organization Specialist
I am seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to help enhance the hierarchical structure of my Google Docs notes for enhanced PKM (personal knowledge management) The goal is to create a more intuitive organization system, as well as hierarchical sturtcure within each training document that will allow my brain to absorb the information faster. It should that allows for easy navigation (linking to other training documents within the document when a concept is recalled) and quick reference as I have over 100+ marketing training documents so I want better hierarchy on each document and linking of documents together so I can click a linked document on the training document I am on, and it can pop out the other training document on the bottom of the google doc browser. You will analyze the current setup and propose improvements that align with best practices for document structuring. If you have a keen eye for organization and experience with Google Docs, I would love to work with you. BONUS: If you know how to build out PKM's inside Tana (app) I would actually like to port over my notes into Tana as they have a more robust linking system and better hierarchal customization for notetaking.
