CRM Marketing Specialist (Braze Expert)
We are seeking a talented CRM Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Marketing Data & CRM team for a short-term freelance role, with potential for contract-to-hire. This is a fully remote position currently estimating 3-5 hours a day, with the opportunity to increase. You will be the primary Braze expert dedicated to a high-growth hospitality resort client that is in the early stages, helping drive strategic CRM initiatives and executing impactful multi-channel campaigns across email and SMS. This is a customer-facing role. Communication and professionalism is very important. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with marketing and data teams to design and execute a robust CRM strategy leveraging Braze. - Partner to develop and document content plans, audience segmentation strategies, and communication flows. - Support briefing content to the appropriate teams - Build, configure and launch campaigns and canvases within Braze, including SMS and email. - Support test-and-learn initiatives, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights to enhance performance. - Leverage Liquid Logic for personalization and specialized use cases Bonus Points Worth Noting - Been a part of a Braze onboarding When applying, please provide the following - Relevant experience examples - Your current and projected availability for hours per day
