Virtual Assistant – Full Time
Virtual Assistant – Influencer Marketing, Social Media Outreach & Admin Tasks – Full Time We are a fast-growing digital media startup focused on AI and content growth. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support and scale our influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok and Instagram. FULL TIME position with long-term potential, starting with a trial period. NO AGENCIES – We are only considering independent freelancers. Responsibilities - Log into our company TikTok and Instagram accounts daily. - Search and identify influencers in niches such as: AI tools, YouTube growth, faceless content, passive income, and solopreneurship. - Send 100+ direct messages daily using our pre-written scripts. - Track all outreach activity in our Google Sheet tracker or CRM. - Pass warm leads to our Social Media Manager for follow-up. - Maintain organized records of conversations and responses. - Assist with additional virtual assistant and admin tasks when needed. Requirements - Fluent English in both writing and communication. - Prior experience with influencer outreach, social media, or VA work preferred. - Ability to stay focused and follow a repetitive but critical process. - Strong attention to detail, organization, and consistency. - Experience with TikTok and Instagram from a marketing or business standpoint. - Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic admin tools (Google Sheets, Notion, etc.). - Reliable internet and a quiet working environment. - Fast learner who’s responsive and open to feedback. Bonus: Experience using tools like make.com or CRM platforms (not required).
