We are seeking a skilled Legal Recruiter to assist in sourcing qualified candidates for various legal positions, including Litigation Associates, Labor & Employment Attorneys, IP Patent Agents, and Legal Operations professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in both on-site and remote recruitment strategies. Your expertise will help us attract top talent to join our dynamic legal team. If you have a strong network in the legal field and a proven track record of successful placements, we want to hear from you! Positions include Litigation Associates, Labor & Employment Attorneys, IP Patent Agents, and Legal Ops professionals; both on-site and remote. You’ll receive job descriptions, hiring criteria, and you must have your own tools (Linkedin Recruiter License ATS/CRM). Your job is to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of legal recruiting experience and are familiar with roles like “Am Law Associate,” “Toxic Tort,” or “Capital Markets Attorney.” Bonus if you have LinkedIn Recruiter or legal job board access. Payment is made per successful placement per candidate per job requisiton.
