Launch CEO / Execution Operator (Coaching & Digital Funnels)

Director of Operations & Growth – TRUE Alpha / DCNC Location: Remote (LATAM preferred, EST-compatible required) Type: Part-time (20–30 hours/week) or Full-time Industry: Men’s Coaching / Digital Offers / Personal Development Position Overview We’re hiring a Director of Operations & Growth to help scale TRUE Alpha and the Dietrich Institute (DCNC) — a bold, no-fluff coaching brand transforming the lives of high-achieving men who feel lost, disconnected, or stuck. This is not a support role. You’ll be the right hand to the founder, driving everything from webinar funnels to high-ticket retreats to book campaigns. You must know how to manage teams, track performance, build systems, and execute launches with speed and precision. Your superpower is turning vision into results — without being handheld. Strategic Execution and Launch Management - Own execution of all major initiatives: webinar funnels, tripwire offers, book campaigns, ticketed retreats, and digital programs - Implement launch calendars, track metrics, and manage performance dashboards - Translate the founder’s vision into clear systems, timelines, and deliverables - Optimize funnel performance from lead capture to conversion and upsell 2. Team Leadership and Agency Coordination - Manage freelancers, agencies, and tech partners including email, ads, design, and video - Lead weekly check-ins, enforce timelines, and drive accountability - Maintain internal task management system such as Asana - Coordinate daily operations across marketing, product, customer support, and content 3. KPI Tracking and Optimization - Build and own live KPI dashboards including lead cost, funnel conversion, customer acquisition cost, and retention - Monitor performance across ads, email, CRM, and sales funnels - Identify breakdowns and solve problems quickly - Report weekly results and recommendations directly to the founder 4. Offer Stack and Product Management - Assist in building and refining the TRUE Alpha product ladder - Manage customer journeys including onboarding, retention, and renewals - Coordinate assets for new offers, courses, and events - Lead integration across tech stack including GoHighLevel, Stripe, ClickFunnels, and webinar platforms Required Qualifications Experience - Minimum five years in digital business operations or online marketing leadership - Experience working directly with founders, visionaries, or executive leaders - Previous roles in coaching, consulting, or personal development is preferred - Proven track record managing high-performance digital offer businesses Technical Skills - Expert-level with GoHighLevel for funnels, CRM, and automation - Proficient with ClickFunnels, Zapier, Stripe, and Meta Ad Manager - Familiarity with email platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp - Skilled in project management tools including Asana, and Slack - Experience with AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization Soft Skills - Fluent in English, both written and verbal - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Strong leadership presence and direct communication style - Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments - Results-driven with a bias for execution and momentum What We Offer - Competitive base pay with performance-based bonuses ($3,500 Base + up to $3,000 Performance Bonuses per month) - Flexible remote work environment - Opportunity to work closely with the founder and leadership team - Ownership of high-impact projects across coaching, publishing, and personal growth - Ability to influence brand direction and drive measurable business results Success Metrics Success in this role will be measured by: - Launch speed and effectiveness across funnels and offers - Conversion rates and optimization across all stages of the customer journey - Reduction in customer acquisition cost and increase in lead quality - Internal team accountability and project velocity - Revenue growth from new and existing products Ideal Candidate Mindset - You are a closer who finishes what others start - You have led operations for high-performance coaching or content businesses - You bring solutions, not excuses - You operate like a business partner, not a task taker - You are ready to help build something meaningful and powerful
