What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised admin and bookkeeping assistant to support the daily operations of our ecommerce company. You’ll be responsible for managing financial records, reconciling accounts, assisting with reporting, supporting compliance tasks, and bringing structure to our internal systems and documentation. You'll also help organise files, track deadlines, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You must have proven experience working with Australian businesses and be familiar with local bookkeeping practices, compliance requirements, and reporting standards. Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software is essential. This role starts part-time with the potential to become ongoing for the right person.
