I’m seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional to help me source, engage, and convert small-business owners into clients for my CFO advisory and consulting practice. I already partner with a lead-gen firm (email, SMS, LinkedIn), but need more qualified opportunities and stronger close rates. Ideally, you’ll manage the full sales cycle—prospect research through close—so I can focus on delivering results. Key Responsibilities Prospect Research & Outreach Identify and qualify small-business owners (e.g., medical practices, service firms, trade franchises) who need CFO advisory. Conduct multi-channel outreach (phone, LinkedIn InMail, personalized email) beyond existing lead-gen touches. Relationship Building & Discovery Schedule and run 20–30 minute discovery calls to uncover business & personal financial pain points and goals. Virtually present the value proposition and secure agreement for a free, in-depth financial assessment. Assessment Coordination & Follow-Up Prepare and deliver concise invitations to assessment review calls. Facilitate the assessment debrief call, guiding an emotionally driven Q&A to surface “red-flag” issues. Pitch & Close Articulate the step-by-step CFO advisory process and package options. Handle objections, craft emotionally resonant messaging, and secure signed engagements. Reporting & Feedback Provide weekly pipeline reports: outreach metrics, discovery calls, assessments booked, proposals sent, and closes. Share insights on messaging effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
