Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel Specialist to join our team and help us optimize and manage our CRM, set up email sequences/flows, and marketing automation processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with GoHighLevel, particularly in setting up and managing workflows, campaigns, and integrations to enhance customer engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities: Set up, customize, and manage GoHighLevel CRM to streamline our customer journey for the Healing Compass program. Create and optimize automated workflows, email campaigns, and SMS sequences that engage and convert leads. Integrate GoHighLevel with other tools and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and customer experience. Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to improve customer engagement and program enrollments. Collaborate with the marketing team to align GoHighLevel campaigns with overall business objectives. Requirements: Proven experience working with GoHighLevel, with a strong understanding of CRM setup, marketing automation, and campaign management. Demonstrated ability to create and optimize workflows that enhance customer experience and drive conversions. Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. Excellent communication skills, precise, and the ability to collaborate effectively. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the health, wellness, or mental health sectors. Familiarity with holistic healing programs and their target audiences. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to optimizing systems and processes.
