Digital Ads Specialist Needed – Setup, Execution, and Management (Google, Meta, Taboola, LinkedIn)

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Ads Specialist or agency to support us with upcoming paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution and management, including tracking setup, while we provide all creative assets, ad copy, and budget. Scope of Work: Ad Account Setup & Tracking: Set up new ad accounts (if needed) Implement conversion tracking, pixel installation, UTM tagging, and/or GA4 integration Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across platforms Campaign & Ad Execution: Set up campaigns using provided copy, assets, and targeting parameters Follow best practices for each platform Test different ad variations if needed Ongoing Ad Management: Monitor performance and optimize campaigns throughout the campaign duration Adjust bids, budgets, and creatives as needed for optimal results Provide performance reports and insights Ad Platforms: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Taboola LinkedIn Ads What We’ll Provide: Creative assets (images/videos) Ad copy Campaign objectives and budget Ideal Candidate: Proven experience running and managing campaigns across all listed platforms Strong understanding of analytics, pixels, and tracking Ability to work independently and deliver regular updates Available to start immediately and support the campaign duration To Apply: Please share: Your experience with each of the listed platforms Example results or case studies from past campaigns Tools you use for tracking, reporting, and optimization Availability and time zone We’re looking for someone who can act as a strategic partner and execute with precision.
