Content Marketing Specialist (Greek-speaking) – Organic Growth for Career Platform
We are Konne.gr, a fast-growing career platform helping seafarers and maritime professionals across Greece and Cyprus. We provide CV services, interview coaching, and targeted job promotion. with a strong emphasis on organic growth through content. We’re looking for a Greek-speaking Content Marketing Specialist to help us maximize our organic reach across our blog, LinkedIn, Facebook, and partner channels. This is not an advertising role. No paid ads. 100% organic content strategy and distribution. What you'll do: Repurpose blog articles into organic social content (e.g. carousels, short-form posts, summaries) Create or edit engaging, native posts for LinkedIn and Facebook (in Greek) Help structure and maintain a consistent content calendar (2–3 posts/week) Suggest organic distribution tactics (LinkedIn groups, Facebook resharing, mentions, etc.) Research potential collaboration channels (maritime schools, education blogs, career sites) Basic engagement support (commenting, sharing, interacting with maritime communities) Requirements: Native Greek speaker, fluent in English Experience in content marketing or social media content creation (preferably B2B or educational brands) Comfortable working with long-form articles and adapting tone to platform Organized and consistent in delivery Bonus: Familiarity with maritime industry, career coaching, or education-related content How we work: You will receive access to a full archive of blog articles and branded content You'll be supported with clear direction and structure for each week's objectives We work asynchronously, with a weekly check-in and shared Google Sheets/calendar Our team values clarity, quality, and flexibility we’re looking for a long-term match if the collaboration works well Budget & Timeline: Hourly: $8–$12/hr depending on experience Approx. 4–8 hours/week to start Initial contract duration: 1–3 months, with potential to extend long-term Bonus available for exceptional results in engagement and reach To apply: Please submit: 1–2 samples of content you’ve written or adapted (in Greek if possible) A short note on your experience with organic content or audience engagement Looking forward to hearing from you! – The Konne.gr Team
