As we grow, we're looking to elevate our online presence and re-engage past and potential clients through high-performing email and social media campaigns. Job Overview: We're hiring a Virtual Assistant with strong skills in GoHighLevel, email marketing, and social media management to help us reach more clients, build brand recognition, and drive consistent leads and customer engagement. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing email and social content strategies that promote our services to both residential and commercial audiences. Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing (Primary Role) Write and set up engaging email sequences and one-off campaigns in GoHighLevel for: Residential painting (interior, exterior, cabinet refinishing) Commercial painting (offices, multi-family, retail, HOA, flex space) Past client reactivation and referral campaigns New cold prospect outreach Segment and manage email lists based on customer type, status, and job history. Automate sequences, create templates, and optimize delivery schedules. Track and report performance (opens, clicks, conversions). Social Media Management Create and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile. Develop a consistent posting calendar with a mix of: Project photos and videos Customer testimonials and reviews Painting tips or inspiration Behind-the-scenes and team content Seasonal promotions Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages professionally. Monitor performance using platform insights and report weekly/monthly. Repurpose content across platforms and integrate with email campaigns where relevant. Qualifications: Proven experience with GoHighLevel (required). Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Ability to design and format clean, appealing email and social media graphics (Canva or similar tools). Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn posting best practices. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator. Ability to understand brand voice and tailor content to commercial and residential audiences. Bonus Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Video editing or reels/short-form content creation. Experience using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or GoHighLevel’s social media scheduler. SEO knowledge for writing posts and captions that boost local visibility. Understanding of customer avatars in home services or real estate markets.
