Adobe Experience Manager consultant

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain websites and digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Design and implement AEM components, templates, workflows, and services. Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and content teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Integrate AEM with third-party services and backend systems (APIs, DAMs, CRM tools). Customize and extend AEM functionalities using Java, Sling, JCR, OSGi, and Sightly/HTL. Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM configurations, workflows, and components. Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide regular updates on progress and blockers. Mentor junior AEM developers and conduct code reviews. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager 6.x or higher). Strong Java and J2EE background, with experience in Spring, Maven, and OSGi frameworks. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React/Angular (optional). Proficient with AEM building blocks: templates, components, dialogs, widgets, clientlibs, and bundles. Solid understanding of AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, MSM, and Tagging. Experience integrating AEM with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and Adobe Analytics. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Cloud Manager). Good understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization. Experience working with Adobe Cloud Services or AEM as a Cloud Service is a plus.
