Need Help with Possible IP Licensing Deal
I have a health-care product that I want to try to license to a specific manufacturer / distributor in a niche space. The CEO of that company and I last spoke in 2017. I backed away because of a low initial offer, and the belief that I could market the product on my own. I realize now that I was wrong. My products are branded with my registered trademark name, but the CEO would likely want to entirely rebrand with his company name, to match his other products. Aside from my trademark, my main assets include: Utility and design patents Trade secrets / formulas / manufacturing know-how / tooling Manufactured product inventory (with my current branding)
