We're looking for a skilled EHR specialist to meticulously craft and design our EHR medical charts and patient intake forms. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive and efficient medical chart templates for various visit types. our goal is to streamline provider documentation, minimize clicks, and ensure comprehensive data capture. Beyond clinician-facing tools, you'll also create clear, user-friendly digital patient forms. This includes everything from initial intake questionnaires and medical history forms to symptom-specific screenings and consent documents. We need forms that are easy for patients to complete and that seamlessly integrate into the EHR.
