Title: Help Finalizing BRD for F&B Tech Solutions Company (POS & Related Systems) Description: We are a technology solutions provider for the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, specializing in POS systems and related digital tools. We have already drafted a Business Requirements Document (BRD) for an upcoming product/service, but we need a professional with experience in the F&B tech domain to review, refine, and finalize it. Scope of Work: Review our existing BRD draft Identify any gaps, inconsistencies, or unclear areas Improve the structure, clarity, and technical accuracy Ensure alignment with F&B operations and technology use cases (especially POS, integrations, cloud solutions, mobile apps, etc.) Suggest or add any missing sections (e.g., stakeholder requirements, user journeys, functional/non-functional requirements) Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in writing BRDs or functional documents for F&B or hospitality tech companies Strong understanding of POS systems and their ecosystem (Oracle Simphony) Familiarity with integrations (e.g., payments, kitchen display systems, loyalty apps) Excellent English writing and documentation skills Project Deliverable: A finalized, professionally formatted BRD ready for internal and external stakeholder use If you've worked on BRDs or similar documents for restaurants, cafes, hotels, or cloud kitchens, we’d love to hear from you.
