HubSpot Consultant Needed for Cleanup and Implementation

Description: LottoShield is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on lottery management and security. We use HubSpot across our sales, customer support, and marketing teams, and we're looking for an experienced HubSpot expert to help us optimize our current setup. This is a hands-on role focused on cleaning up our configuration, streamlining usage across teams, and guiding us on best practices moving forward. We need someone who can collaborate closely with our teams and help us make HubSpot work more efficiently across the board. What You’ll Help With: - Clean up and streamline our current HubSpot configuration - Fix or improve workflows, sequences, and automation where needed - Help us standardize customer status fields across different hubs - Define and align lifecycle stages across sales, marketing, and support teams - Create and/or refine operational workflows for managing lead sources - Map and organize source tracking for all incoming leads - Provide practical guidance to our internal team on CRM best practices and long-term maintainability What We’re Looking For: - A HubSpot consultant or power user with hands-on experience in sales, support, and/or marketing hubs - Strong understanding of CRM strategy, HubSpot lifecycle stages, and lead source mapping - Experience cleaning up and optimizing existing HubSpot instances - Comfortability diving into an active instance and making practical improvements quickly - Ability to strategize and clearly explain HubSpot best practices for a small but fast-moving team
