We're a new healthcare staffing agency based in the U.S., focused on placing certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) in facilities across Oklahoma and Texas. We're looking for a results-driven sales or outreach specialist to help us identify and partner with home health agencies in these states. Responsibilities: - Research and compile a list of home health agencies in OK and TX - Cold email, call, or message facility administrators - Set up meetings for our team or close partnership agreements directly - Track outreach in a shared CRM or spreadsheet - Follow up with leads and maintain relationship pipelines Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience in healthcare sales or B2B outreach - Strong communication and follow-up skills - Comfortable with cold outreach (calls/emails) - Familiarity with U.S. healthcare staffing or home health agency operations is a strong plus - Located in the U.S. Deliverables: - At least 30 quality outreach attempts per week - Weekly report of contacted leads, responses, and outcomes - At least 3-5 new facility calls or meetings booked per week This can grow into a long-term role for the right candidate.
