Position: Call Center Agent (Outbound) – Healthcare Scheduling Location: Remote (U.S. Based Only) Schedule: Multiple shifts available; 7-day operational coverage Key Responsibilities: • Schedule healthcare appointments for senior citizens • Make outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and patience • Actively listen to callers and respond with clarity and care • Use multiple systems while ensuring accurate and secure data entry • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
