AppFolio Expert Needed for Data Transfer & System Cleanup
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced AppFolio expert to help with the following tasks: -System Cleanup & Optimization: -Review and clean up our existing AppFolio setup. -Optimize workflows, settings, and configurations to ensure that the system is running efficiently and is tailored to our specific needs. -Address any issues or inconsistencies in data or processes. Data Transfer from Skyline to AppFolio: -Transfer data from our outdated software system, Skyline, to AppFolio. -Ensure the seamless migration of 18 accounts, ensuring that all data is accurate and correctly mapped. -Verify that all tenant, lease, and financial data is transferred properly and fully integrated into AppFolio. -Troubleshoot and resolve any data issues that may arise during the migration process. Requirements: -Proven expertise in AppFolio, including setup, configuration, and maintenance. -Experience with data migrations from other property management software systems (preferably Skyline). -Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data transfer and system setup. -Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently. -Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely and collaboratively. Timeline: The project should be completed within 2 weeks, with regular updates and milestones.
