Zoho One Consultation – CRM, Books, and WorkDrive Optimization
We're looking for an experienced Zoho One consultant to review our current setup—primarily focusing on Zoho CRM, Books, and WorkDrive—and provide expert guidance on how to streamline and optimize our use of the platform. For now this is a consultation-only job, but we'll eventually be looking for implementation as well. What We’re Looking For in This Consultation: -An expert who can evaluate our current setup and advise on improvements. -Clear recommendations for optimizing CRM workflows, sales process, and QBO integration. -Guidance on automation opportunities and best practices within Zoho One. Some of our Key Areas of Interest include: -Zoho CRM/Books Integration with QuickBooks Online (syncing quotes, taxes, packing lists, and customer records between systems)* -CRM workflow improvements, -Document Management & Automation Quickbooks Online (QBO) integration is most important, so we are looking for someone that has significant experience with both Quickbooks Online and the Zoho platform.
