Seeking API Integration Expert – QuickBooks + Aspire + Dashboard Setup
Job Overview: I’m the owner of a landscape business looking to combine data from two key platforms — QuickBooks Desktop and Aspire Landscape Software — into a single reporting solution. The goal is to track and visualize trends like job profitability, labor efficiency, and revenue forecasting using a dashboard tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. What You’ll Do: Access data from QuickBooks using API or data exports Extract operational data from Aspire (API, or flat file exports if necessary) Combine both datasets into a clean, connected data model Build dynamic dashboards with visualizations of key business metrics Set up scheduled data refreshes (cloud-based if possible) Ideal Skills & Experience: Experience with QuickBooks API Familiarity with Aspire Landscape Software (or ability to reverse-engineer its data) Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Understanding of business operations and financial metrics Bonus: Experience with companies in the landscaping or field services industries Project Scope: Start with 1–2 key dashboards Opportunity for ongoing improvements and new reports Open to fixed-price or hourly proposals To Apply: Please share: Examples of similar integrations or dashboard work Your preferred tools and workflow Your availability and estimated timeline
