Squarespace code expert needed

I have a squarespace website. I created an online assessment as a lead catcher. I used AI to write the code and the assessment works great however I can't figure out how to make the email capture send the email somewhere I can capture it. I need someone to fix this part of my assessment... send the email somewhere I can capture it. It would also be great to capture the users assessment results if possible.
