What You’ll Do: We’re looking for an absolute expert in Elementor Pro and WordPress to bring our website to the next level. You’ll work on improving performance, structure, responsiveness, and security, and build scalable components that enable long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize Core Web Vitals: performance, loading behavior, and resource management - Clean up and refactor Elementor-based layouts (no bloat, modular design) - Implement advanced caching, security hardening, backup automation - Collaborate with our design freelancer to implement pixel-perfect templates - Ensure amazing mobile design and SEO-technical compliance Requirements: - 5+ years experience with advanced WordPress setups and Elementor Pro - Deep understanding of frontend optimization, asset control, plugin hygiene - Strong grasp of clean architecture, maintainability, and scalability - Self-driven, reliable, and highly efficient in communication and delivery Timeline: Start: ASAP (June 2025) Duration: ~4–6 weeks with higher intensity + option for long-term support
