There are two pieces we are looking for help with (one now and the other after we complete the first project): 1. Email automation with our ATS - these are Active Applicants who we are working through the interview process. There are approximately 20 candidates per month that we'll move through the different interview stages and looking for someone to help build an automation using our ATS (Bullhorn) and email partners that can track the open rates, click-through rates, Bounce Rates and deliverability. As I move candidates from stage to stage, we are looking to automate emails to go out respectively. 2. Marketing emails to candidates. We conduct 20 email campaigns a month and send around 50,000 emails per month. We are planning to move forward with the Email automation now and then work on creating a new process for marketing emails to candidates.
