Key Responsibilities: (* Must Speak Good English ) Website Design: Create visually appealing and functional websites using the WIX platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and responsive design. Tech Support: Provide technical assistance to clients and troubleshoot issues related to website functionality, design elements, and WIX platform usage. Logo Design: Develop unique and captivating logos that align with clients' brand identities and enhance the visual appeal of their websites. Design Expertise: Utilize your design skills to enhance various aspects of web development, including graphics, icons, layouts, and multimedia elements. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and maintaining a client-centric approach. Virtual Meetings: Participate in virtual meetings with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, confidently presenting ideas and updates while maintaining a professional demeanor. Language Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English to effectively communicate with clients and team members. Time Management: Maintain a reliable work schedule aligned with USA business hours (Pacific, Central, and Eastern times), ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects. Qualifications: Proven experience in website design, including expertise with the WIX platform. Strong graphic design skills, including logo creation and other design elements. Technical proficiency to provide effective tech support and troubleshoot website-related issues. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs. Comfortable with virtual communication and on-camera meetings. Reliable high-speed internet connection to support virtual collaboration. Fluent English language skills (spoken and written). Organized and capable of managing tasks independently. Availability to work during USA business hours (Pacific, Central, and Eastern times).
