Scope of Work 1. Design Implementation: a. Convert Figma mockups and prototypes into functional NextJS components using Tailwind CSS. b. Ensure pixel-perfect replication of designs across different devices and screen sizes. 2. Front-End Development: a. Develop a scalable and maintainable NextJS application structure. b. Utilize placeholder data and content to simulate real-world functionality. c. Implement dynamic routing and server-side rendering as required. 3. Accessibility Compliance: a. Adhere to WCAG 2.1 standards to ensure the application is accessible to all users. b. Implement ARIA roles and attributes where necessary. c. Conduct accessibility testing and make necessary adjustments. 4. Performance Optimization: a. Optimize the application for fast load times and smooth performance. b. Implement best practices for image optimization, code splitting, and lazy loading. c. Conduct performance testing and address any identified issues. 5. Collaboration and Communication: a. Coordinate with our backend developer to understand integration points and requirements. b. Participate in regular project meetings and provide progress updates. c. Utilize specified collaboration tools effectively: d. Slack for communication e. GitHub for version control f. Google Workspace for documentation and project management 6. Version Control and Workflow: a. Commit code daily using GitHub. b. Follow the Pull Request (PR) workflow for code reviews. c. Maintain code quality through consistent formatting, commenting, and adherence to best practices. 7. Testing and Documentation: a. Perform accessibility and performance testing. b. Provide documentation on implemented features, accessibility measures, and performance optimizations.
