We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Technician with experience in COBie (Construction-Operations Building information exchange) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes, proficiency in Revit, and demonstrable experience in producing and managing COBie deliverables as part of a project’s asset data requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage high-quality Revit models for architectural, structural, and/or MEP disciplines. • Prepare and coordinate COBie data deliverables to meet client and project requirements. • Ensure that models are constructed in accordance with project standards, BIM execution plans, and UK BIM Framework (ISO 19650). • Collaborate with BIM Managers, Coordinators, and project teams to integrate COBie data into BIM workflows. • Work with asset managers and FM teams to ensure data accuracy and usability for operational handover. • Support the quality assurance of Revit models and COBie data using tools such as Solibri, Navisworks, or BIMCollab. • Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings as required. • Assist in the development and maintenance of BIM libraries and COBie templates. Requirements: • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role. • Practical experience in producing and managing COBie outputs. • Knowledge of BIM standards, including ISO 19650 and PAS 1192. • Familiarity with other BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks, Solibri, BIM 360, Dynamo) is advantageous. • Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and validation. • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with multi-disciplinary teams. • Relevant technical qualification or degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field. Desirable: • Experience working in sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, or public infrastructure. • Understanding of asset information requirements (AIR) and employer’s information requirements (EIR). • BIM Level 2 or higher project experience.
