**Overview:** We are a Norwegian company offering two specialized maritime tech solutions: 1. A comprehensive **digital operations platform** for service vessels 2. A **4K real-time video overlay and recording system** used in ROV and underwater fieldwork We are looking for a **self-driven B2B sales freelancer** to take full ownership of outbound sales. This is not just lead generation — you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, handling outreach, running discovery/demo calls, and advancing opportunities. You will work directly with the founder, but operate independently. --- **Main Product: Vessel Operations Platform** Our digital operations platform is actively used by leading Norwegian vessel operators in aquaculture and dredging. Key features include: * Crew management (shift planning, competencies, rest time compliance, payroll basis) * Maintenance management (planning, logging, inventory and parts tracking) * HSEQ routines (non-conformities, drills, ISM/ISPS, MARPOL logs) * Project execution (checklists, structured documentation, customer-facing reports) * Post-execution workflows (**automated invoicing support**, traceability, archiving) * Dashboards and performance analytics (fleet KPIs, vessel-level insights) * Customer delivery (automated job reports, digital document portals) --- **Your Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute outbound sales strategy * Identify and qualify target companies (aquaculture, dredging, offshore) * Create outreach messages (email and LinkedIn) * Run discovery calls and product walkthroughs * Manage and report on your pipeline * Help refine messaging and positioning --- **Requirements:** * 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably software or industrial tech, ideally maritime!!!) * Proven ability to run outbound sales independently * Comfortable selling to COOs, Operations Managers, HSEQ leads, and Skippers * Fluent/native in English without accent (Norwegian is a plus) * Self-organized, proactive, and results-focused * Familiarity with maritime or industrial sectors is a plus --- **Terms:** * 10–15 hours per week * Remote and flexible schedule * Hourly rate + success-based bonus (negotiable) * Potential for long-term collaboration --- **To Apply:** Please include: * A short intro and summary of your relevant experience * A few lines on how you would approach outbound sales for a product like this * Your availability and time zone * (Optional) A short Loom or video introducing yourself
