LinkedIn Sales Navigator Campaign Specialist for Veteran Recruiting Company

Description: Sergeant Talent Partners is a military veteran recruiting firm that connects high-performing former service members with companies across industries like construction, project management, manufacturing, logistics, field service, IT, and healthcare. We're looking for a LinkedIn Sales Navigator expert to build and manage outbound campaigns that help us connect with both hiring managers and, down the road, veteran candidates. Scope of Work: -Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (e.g., hiring managers, HR leaders, operations and project decision-makers) -Craft and send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages -Set qualified appointments with hiring managers and decision-makers -Track campaign performance and iterate on messaging as needed -Eventually expand targeting to include veteran job seekers and transitioning service members Ideal Candidate: -Proven experience running LinkedIn outreach and appointment-setting campaigns -Strong copywriting skills tailored to LinkedIn messaging -Familiarity with veteran hiring or skilled trades is a plus -Able to work independently and provide weekly reporting -Bonus if you’ve worked with recruiters, staffing agencies, or B2B service providers Deliverables: -Weekly campaign summary with # of connections, responses, and appointments booked -Recommendations for targeting and messaging improvements -Ongoing lead list development based on campaign goals Budget: Open to hourly or fixed pricing based on your approach and experience.
