Decrease Bounce Rate of Squarespace website

My website landing page has a bounce rate of 68%. I need that to be decreased. My website loading time I think is the culprit. And if there's anything else you think of to help to decrease bounce rate too. I know that Squarespace has some limitations on loading time. But I'm looking for someone who could at lease find some good work arounds.
