Create Video Clips for TikTok and Change Video Backround
I have a 9 minute video and need to create 6 - 7 short video clips from it for TikTok: 1. The video is 16x9 and it will need to be sized for TikTok 2. In the video, a person is speaking; the background behind the person needs to be updated to a teal colored background I will provide the appoximate timecodes for the video clips.
