We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable bookkeeper to support our team during our peak season. This in-office role is crucial to maintaining accurate financial oversight across all areas of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and reconciling all incoming and outgoing expenses related to our labor operations—including credit card activity, payroll, petty cash, accommodations, and job-related purchases. A strong understanding of bookkeeping practices, expense auditing, and financial flow is essential. The right candidate will be organized, discreet, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stay ahead of deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to come into the office in Brooklyn.
