Seeking Experienced Legal Consultant for Contract and Agreement Development
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced legal consultant to assist our startup company with the development of various contracts and agreements. This is a contract position that will involve the following work to be performed: - Creation of a commission agreement template outlining the terms between our company, which offers a service, and the parties who will compensate the company with a commission upon deal completion. - Development of a contract for businesses that engage our services to connect them with relevant service providers. - Assistance in drafting a terms of use agreement for our website. - Creation of a privacy agreement for our website to ensure compliance with legal standards. - Review and modification of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure robustness and relevance. - Assistance with the creation of investment agreements tailored to our specific needs. Consultant Requirements - Must be located within the United States. - Must be familiar with Massachusetts, USA state laws - the LLC is based out of MA - Proven experience in legal consulting or a related field. - Proficient in both spoken and written English.
