We already have two drafts: ✅ A polished PDF version with structure and tone ✅ A raw Word doc with the original content from our leadership team Your job is to merge both into a single, cohesive handbook that includes: • Clear company policies • Labor law compliance (California-specific) • Hospitality-industry standards • Clean formatting & approachable language • Sections for onboarding, expectations, conduct, and benefits Ideal Candidate: ✔️ Proven experience in HR and employee handbook creation ✔️ Familiarity with California labor laws ✔️ Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills ✔️ Bonus: Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations Deliverables: • Finalized employee handbook (editable + printable formats) • Version control + update recommendations • Optional: Branded visual formatting (if applicable) This is a short-term project with long-term potential—we’re growing fast and looking to build the right team around us.
