Experienced Baker Needed for Startup Dessert Business in London
I’m looking for a reliable, experienced freelance baker to supply one specific dessert for my upcoming dessert business in London. This is an ongoing supplier contract — not a one-off project. Important: I’m not looking to hire someone on an hourly or per-shift basis. Instead, I’m offering a fixed per-piece supply arrangement — similar to how a wholesaler would be paid. You’ll be paid based on the number of finished products you supply. The ideal candidate should: - have a passion for creating delicious desserts and ensuring high-quality production. - be able to produce a variety of desserts and bring given recipes to life. - be based in London or very close to in order to meet delivery deadlines. - have the capacity for small orders, (approximately 250-300pc per week) You must: Be registered as a food business with your local council Hold a valid Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate Have been inspected by the local authority (with a hygiene rating) Have public/product liability insurance Be confident in handling allergens and able to provide a clear ingredient breakdown If you’re a home-based baker or run a small kitchen and you’re interested in a simple, consistent, and profitable supply agreement — get in touch.
