Project Overview: We are seeking proposals to develop a 2-page website for a staff recognition program. The website will allow employees to send token rewards to each other based on predefined access levels. Project Requirements: 1) Website Structure: • Two-page website with a Home page and a user-specific Stats page. • Secure, password-protected login for all users. • Different access levels: o Managers: Can send up to 50 tokens. o Non-managers: Can send up to 5 tokens. 2) Home Page: • Display program information and rules. Needs to be a fun and colorful page. We can provide the look of the page to assist in development. • Show token counts available to the logged-in user. • Provide a selection of predefined tokens (same for all users) for sending. • Token sending process: o Click on a token, enter recipient's name, company email, and reason for sending. o Site then emails token to recipient. 3) Stats Page: • Display user-specific statistics: o Total tokens received, including who sent the token, when and why. o Total tokens sent, including to whom, when and why. 4) Token Tracking: • Track tokens sent by each user. • Track tokens received by each user. • Prevent users from sending more tokens than their allocated limit. 5) Admin Features: • Ability to pull/download reports of all user statistics in Excel format. • Manage user accounts and access levels. 6) Timeline and Budget: • Website must be live by June 9, 2025. • Budget for website development: $2,500 (all in, no additional funds available)
